Mortgage Surveys – determine land boundaries and building locations
Topographic Surveys – locate natural and man-made features on a piece of property—for example, buildings, improvements, fences, elevations, land contours, trees, and streams.
ALTA Survey – combines the elements of a boundary, mortgage, and topographic survey compliant with a set of standards placed by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.
